Bookbinding and boxmaking commissions are a key part of Bari Zaki Studio. A project may be a single “book”: a wedding album, a portfolio for a photographer or artist, a storybook wonderfully illustrated by a grandfather for his grandson. Or it may be an edition: 100 boxes for a design or branding agency, a series of 18 boxes to provide the ultimate in closet storage, a slipcase to house a set of screwpost binders whose spines collectively show a continuous image.
