Details: This 7-ply thread is the ideal thickness for binding heavier papers (Stonehenge, for example). It’s perfect for binding non-adhesive styles of books, including buttonhole stitch, long-stitch, and Coptic stitch.

Spool: 10 yards, hand-wound on a wooden laundry pin. (This is more than enough to stitch any style I teach as a bookbinding workshop.)
